Donate Your Time to LegalLine

Lawyer Referral Service’s monthly LegalLine is an invaluable resource to the public offering brief legal advice over the phone. Lawyer volunteers use the LRS office to help callers determine if further legal help is required. If more assistance is needed, callers are referred to LRS for a consultation with a lawyer or to other community service organizations for assistance.

As of now, volunteers are needed for June 1, July 6, and Aug. 3. Contact Shawn Jamail at Shawn@austinbar.org to participate.
