Topic: Fact and intelligence gathering techniques to beat your adversary
Speaker: John Pandos, Private Investigator at Strategic Capability Group

The presentation will provide an explanation of how to locate documents and witnesses using: (1)   OSINT: Open Source Intelligence Gathering (web based, proprietary sources, government sources, paid sources); (2) HUMINT: Human Intelligence Gathering (witness interviews, neighbor and neighborhood canvassing, pretexting, surveillance); and (3) BUSINESS CI: Counter Intelligence (methods of protecting oneself and one’s documents from unscrupulous intelligence gathering operations from the opposition).
