Topic: Demystifying the Grievance Process

“Demystifying the Grievance Process” will explain the State Bar of Texas grievance process and help attorneys avoid grievances. It will feature perspectives on the Texas State Bar’s grievance process from (1) a member of the District 9 Grievance Committee, (2) an attorney with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, and (3) attorneys who represent attorneys in grievance proceedings.

Please use this celebration as an opportunity to introduce your summer clerks to our sections network!
