Government Law Remote CLE

Join the Austin Bar Association for a day-long remote CLE about Government Law.

The Government Law CLE will include 7 presentations including:

  • Discovery: Attempts to improve the bane of our existence – Francesca DiTroia (1 hour)
  • What to expect during the next Legislative Session – Ashley Morgan & Jay Dyer (1 hour)
  • Resources & Rules for Austin & Travis County Animals (and their Owners) – Hayley Hudnall, Rabecca Cross and Adrienne Clark, moderated by Kelley Dwyer (1 hour)
  • Traumatic Brain Injury: Challenging Advocacy and Ethics Based on Compromised Client Cognition – Leslie Boykin + Kevin Leahy (1 hour 15minutes; 30 minutes ethics)
  • SOAH Update – David Dubose (30 mins)
  • Nuts of Bolts of Eminent Domain for the Government Lawyer – Sarah Munson (1 hour)
  • Why Government Attorneys should Get Involved Locally –Lena Proft and Jenna Malsbary (30 mins)
