Title: Advising US Clients on Ethical Human Rights Practices: Forced Labor, Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Laws Relevant to Supply Chain Compliance

Description: Jamie Joiner, a U.S. trade controls attorney, will present on the incorporation of supply chain and human rights due diligence requirements into the U.S. Customs, sanctions, and export control regulations, as well as the latest foreign laws on the subject. Jamie recently returned from a year-long international research sabbatical with experience on the ground examining this complex area.

Credits: 1 hour CLE
