Representatives from the Travis County District Attorney’s Office and from the Travis County Attorney’s Office will discuss the differences between Protective Orders, Emergency Protective Orders, and ExParte temporary orders including “stay away” and/or “kick out” orders.  This CLE will cover how to apply for the different options available, how they differ, and their limitations.  This session will help provide information about what a CPS attorney needs to know with each of these options.
