So much of the practice of law involves decision-making, and convincing others to make better decisions based upon fact rather than emotion. Experienced attorney Claude Ducloux’s presentation is intended to guide the attendees to an appreciation of how they involuntarily make decision, to a greater ability to recognize and prevent bias, and to effectively communicate with persons whose bias affects others.
