  • Information Security Basics for Texas Lawyers. Identify ethical obligations requiring cybersecurity measures for all lawyers practicing in Texas; provide an overview of the components of an information security program; and describe specific settings for Windows and MacOS devices that solo and small firm lawyers can use to make their practice more secure.
