• Pam Madere, Partner at Jackson Walker,will present on the basics of real estate development, from how to create a condo regime and build a second house on your existing property to how to develop commercial properties.
• Sara Foskitt of Foskitt Law and Floyd Real Estatewill present on the basics of how to buy and sell an existing residential or commercial property.
