Session: AI, Ethics, and the Fear of Breaching Privilege

As AI becomes more embedded in the legal workflow, concerns about confidentiality, privilege, and data security are at an all-time high. This session will provide a framework for evaluating technology vendors, understanding compliance standards, and distinguishing between generative AI and traditional speech recognition tools.
