Eminent Domain Law Section Information

The Eminent Domain section was created in order to provide attorneys who practice eminent domain in Texas with educational and networking opportunities. The Eminent Domain section holds regular CLE events with updated state and federal cases and information on the real estate appraisal process. Austin is home to the largest group of eminent domain attorneys in the State of Texas and is only eminent domain bar section in the state. The section is composed of attorneys who represent condemnors and condemnees.
