VLS’s Eviction Docket Program serves low-income tenants facing eviction in Travis County. There’s a need for VLS volunteers to appear at JP Court Dockets (via Zoom) and represent tenants with nowhere else to go for help. The Founder’s Award Luncheon will be held April 8 from noon to 1:30 pm. It’ll honor two trailblazing Texas women who have dedicated their careers to improving the lives of children and families in our state while addressing racial disparities head on with the hopes of creating a more equitable community. VLS has cancelled the Expunction Expo for Jan 15. It will be rescheduled for the spring.
